Introducing our new team members

Welcome to the team

Over the last few months, we have been delighted to welcome four new members to the team and MY Compliance Management family.

Sophie and Karla have joined Alistair’s Customer Support Team. They will be looking after our customers new and old to the same standards you have all come to expect already.

Floyd has joined the sales team, sourcing new business and building a good knowledge of what is needed to meet the customers requirements. 

Ben has also joined My Compliance Management he is part of the development team helping to shape the future of My Compliance Management. 

Sophie Landry 

"I joined the My Compliance Management team three months ago, entering a role and industry completely new to me which has been a challenge but one that I am enjoying. I have settled in well and enjoy introducing myself to customers and assisting them when needed. I have found learning the system interesting and learn new things every day. The team have been great at supporting me and have made me feel very welcome.

I love living in Cornwall and enjoy spending my spare time on the beach walking my dog. I also enjoy baking when I have the spare time at the weekends."

Floyd Mortimer

"Since joining My Compliance Management towards the end of 2022, I have really enjoyed working as part of a great team. The team have supported me in my role and have always been very helpful and always there when needed.

I really enjoy living in Cornwall with my family and love spending my time walking my dog on the beach. I enjoy going to watch football matches with my son."

Ben Donoghue 

"Having joined the Northern team at My Compliance Management late last year I feel I have accomplished quite a lot: eating out, bowling, pub visits, fireworks extravaganzas and of course software development."

Karla Odgers 

"Having spent over 10 years in customer service from industries such as retail, hospitality, education and now software, making sure my customers experience an excellent service is my key priority. I enjoy learning all elements of business and service and have a true passion for making everyone’s day just that little bit easier!

I joined the MY Compliance Team in August 2022 as a Customer Support Manager, and since then, I have really enjoyed getting to know my clients and being able to support them. The MYC Team is fantastic and have warmly welcomed me into the role.

In my spare time I love experiencing live music and pub crawling around the charming little fishing villages in my home county of Cornwall. When I’m not socialising; I like to hibernate in my home with my partner and dog, baking cakes and watching movies and documentaries.
